The contract is for 52 weeks starting July 30th, 2023 but with the full rent is only payable for 45 weeks and £35 per week payable for the 7 weeks of summer preceding the move-in date of 15th September 2024. You may store your things in the flat over the summer preceding your move-in date. You can live in the flat from the end of July 2024 if full rent is paid instead of the £35 per week summer rent if you so wish.

No deposit is payable but a parent’s guarantee form must be submitted when the contract is signed, and the 7-week summer rent is also payable at the time of signing the contract. For non UK residents, a deposit would be payable that would be returned at the end of the contract providing the flat is not damaged and left clean and tidy.
