You may store your things in the house over the summer once your contract starts in July, and live there during this time if full rent is paid instead of the one third summer rent. No deposit is payable but a parent’s guarantee form must be submitted when the contract is signed together with the 10-week summer rent set at one third the normal rental. (i.e: £30.00 per week).
